Clear steps.
Written agreements.
We source parts, engines and consumables through global supplier networks and arrange supply to operators. We also connect operators with repair shops in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. From the first requirement to delivery, the quotation and written agreement define the scope and responsibilities.
Send your RFQ
Provide aircraft type, part number or description, quantity, AOG status, destination, end-user and contact details.
Review the quotation
We identify sourcing options and present the proposed scope, supplier availability and commercial terms. Engine offers distinguish bare core from full QEC.
Agree the fee in writing
For commission-based sourcing or introductions, commission or a flat fee is agreed in writing before work begins. Supply transactions have their own agreed quotation terms. The written agreement identifies who supplies, invoices, receives payment and coordinates delivery.
Confirm the proforma
Review the proforma invoice, exact item description, condition, documentation, payment recipient and delivery terms against the agreed quotation.
Arrange SWIFT payment
Payment is made by bank transfer using the agreed invoice instructions. Verify beneficiary details through a known contact before arranging payment.
Coordinate delivery
Shipment follows the agreed terms. The buyer reviews delivery and documentation against the order and completes its own technical acceptance checks.
Know the destination.
Know the end-user.
Transactions are subject to applicable export controls and sanctions requirements. End-user declarations and supporting information may be required before an order can proceed.
The buyer must identify the actual end-user, intended use and final destination. Relevant parties and destinations must undergo applicable sanctions screening before a transaction is accepted. Requirements are confirmed for each transaction with the supplier.
Supplier documentation, export permissions and operator acceptance requirements must be confirmed for the specific item and destination.

Before you send your RFQ.
What information should I include in an RFQ?
Include the aircraft type, part number or description, quantity, preferred condition, delivery location and actual end-user. Mark urgent requests as AOG. You can add multiple parts or attach your parts list.
Which aircraft do you support?
We source for Fokker 50, Embraer EMB 120, LET L-410, CRJ 100/200, Dash 8/Q400, ATR 42/72, Cessna Caravan and DC-9. For another aircraft type, select Other in the RFQ form and specify the model.
Can you help with an AOG requirement?
Yes. Mark your RFQ as AOG and also call or WhatsApp +254 745 481 137. Contact availability is Monday–Saturday, 06:00–21:00 Kenya time (UTC+3). Availability of the required item and delivery timing must be confirmed for each request.
How soon will I receive a response?
We aim to acknowledge complete RFQs within one Nairobi business day, Monday to Friday. A quotation may take longer depending on supplier availability and the details of your requirement.
Do you source bare engine cores and full QEC packages?
Yes. Specify whether you need a bare core or a full QEC package. Included accessories, configuration, condition and documentation are confirmed in the offer; they should not be assumed from the package label alone.
How are fees, payment and delivery arranged?
Any commission or service fee is agreed in writing before work begins. Quotations are in USD. Payment instructions, delivery arrangements and transaction responsibilities are set out in the agreed quotation and proforma. End-user details and applicable export requirements must be confirmed.
Do you carry out component repairs?
We connect operators with repair shops in Europe, the USA and the Middle East and coordinate the agreed engagement. The selected repair shop performs the repair; Alpha Aero Hub does not carry out the technical work.
